👥 About the Founders of El Roi Housing
El Roi Housing was founded by Endurance Augustine (widely known as Mr. Eddie) and Christiana Victor, a visionary team united by a shared passion for property, hospitality, and purpose-driven business.
Mr. Eddie is a Cardiff-based Property Strategist and Short-Let Operations Specialist, whose real estate journey began with his first deal as a teenager in Nigeria. With a Business & Marketing degree from Cardiff Metropolitan University, he has built a reputation for maximising rental income while minimising landlord stress. He leads on legal compliance, pricing strategy, and end-to-end management ensuring that every home under El Roi Housing operates at peak performance.
Christiana Victor, Co-Founder and Property Operations Specialist, brings deep experience in acquisitions, property hygiene, and team leadership across Wales and Africa. With a Master’s degree and a strong track record managing cleaning and guest experience operations, Christiana sets and upholds the highest standards of hospitality. Her family is personally invested in the business, with one of the founding properties still in El Roi’s active portfolio.
Together, they launched El Roi Housing a family-rooted, excellence-driven brand dedicated to helping landlords turn homes into thriving short-term rentals. From compliance to cleaning, they’ve built a system that gives property owners peace of mind and guests a place to love.
